Kelsey Thomas was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 29, 2007, to William and Darlene Thomas. At the age of three, Kelsey began reading, and as she grew older her favorite story was “The Story of Ruby Bridges.” She finally met her in person at the age of eight.
